Our client Bennett Coleman and Co Ltd . (Times of India Group) is looking for candidates for below mentioned openings with THE TIMES FOUNDATION.

The Times Foundation, a Socio-Spiritual wing of The Times Group, is actively engaged in catalyzing an enabling environment for sustained development in the country. It engages in activities which include Advocacy & Analysis, Partnership & Capacity Building , and Promotion of Strategic Framework & Support for Implementation of comprehensive programs for development covering environment, education, gender issues, health care, etc.

We are looking for creative and result – oriented professionals for the following positions:

(I) Program Coordinator (Code: PC/TF)
Post graduate in social work / Social Sciences/ Management Sciences with 6-9 years of work Experience.

Candidate Profile:
Innovatively conceptualize socially relevant programs
Program Coordination and Management
Coordination amongst various verticals
Excellent Communication, networking and data management skills
Experience in a reputed NGO would be an added advantage

(II) Assistant Program Managers (Code: APM/TF)

Post graduate in social work / Social Sciences/ Management Sciences with 3-6 years of work Experience, for the following verticals:
Public-Private Partnerships, Poverty Alleviation, Education, Health and Environment
Public Policy Advocacy, Women Empowerment and Capacity Building Initiatives
Corporate Social Responsibility, E-governance and Interface between Government, Corporates and NGOs

Candidate Profile:
Program and content Management
Sound understanding of the voluntary sector at the national and regional level
Ability to multi-task with good networking, communication and IT skills.

(III) Assistant Web Manager (Code: AWM/TF)
Post Graduate in Journalism / Mass Communication with 3-6 years of work experience.

Candidate Profile:
Managing websites
Good editing and writing skills
Dotcom background (Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be preferable)
Strong coordination and data management skills

All positions will initially be based in Delhi . Traveling within the country will be required.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
