निरूपमा को न्याय अभियान

 

जैसी कि आपको जानकारी होगी कि युवा पत्रकार निरुपमा पाठक की पिछली 29 अप्रैल को उनके घर में ही हत्या कर दी गई थी. निरुपमा अपने एक सहपाठी और पत्रकार प्रियाभांशु से प्रेम करती थीं लेकिन निरुपमा के घरवाले दोनों के विवाह के लिए तैयार नहीं थे.

 

झारखण्ड पुलिस इस मामले की जांच सही तरीके से नहीं कर रही है और मामले को उलझाने में लगी हुई है.

 

निरुपमा की दुखद और स्तब्ध कर देनेवाली मौत के बाद से ही उसके सहपाठी, दोस्त, सहकर्मी, पत्रकार, बुद्धिजीवी और महिला-छात्र संगठनों के कार्यकर्ता 'निरुपमा को न्याय' अभियान चला रहे हैं.

 

इस अभियान के तहत कल यानी 15 मई-शनिवार को शाम 5.30 बजे से प्रेस क्लब ऑफ इंडिया और निरूपमा को न्याय अभियान की तरफ से प्रेस क्लब से गृह मंत्रालय के लिए एक मौन विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित किया जा रहा है. इसका नारा है- "क्षुब्ध हृदय है, बंद जुबान".

 

आप इस तरह के मुद्दों पर सक्रिय और लड़ते रहे/रही  हैं. हमारा आपसे निवेदन है कि आप कल के इस विरोध प्रदर्शन में जरूर पहुंचे और उन मध्ययुगीन ताकतों के खिलाफ जो देश को बर्बरता की ओर खींच ले जाना चाहते हैं, अपनी आवाज बुलंद करें.

I am trying to get the exact info for last evening what transpired between Niru's mother and Police. Because, initially new came that police detained her family and in the evening news came that her mother sent to judicial custody.

Sending her in judicial custody means that police completed interrogating her and didn't seek her cutody to quizz further or want to know anything more from her. So, it means that police must have the full story of murder when, how and who killed Nirupma.

 

Question is, why police sent her to jail and if she had revealed all the happenings of the day, Niurpma murdered, police must tell the country who all were present to suffocate her because investigation indicates that her father and brother were on leave on that day. Her father and brothers are under investigation but still free.

 

We will not believe that only her mother murdered her. There must be some more people, at least three as suggested by doctors of Koderma. One to suffocate her, two to keep her hands and feet under control.

 

We also want to know, what they were planning. Were they planning to cremate her in the night to burry this case for once and all. We all know, activity of her friends and Media in Delhi and Koderma get their conspiracy failed.

We need to keep vigil on the process of investigation, it is hard to digest police sent her mother to jail withing hours of her arrest.

Justice for Nirupma: Join us at NCW office Monday at 10 AM

Friends,

As we are aware that one of our promising IIMCian Nirupma Pathak had been found dead in her house at native town Tilaiya of Koderma District in Jharkhand.

We were suspecting from day one that It is a case of Honour Killing as She was planning to marry another IIMCian but from different caste.

Earlier it was said that She had committed suicide but now her post-mortem report is out and It establishes that she didn't commit suicide but she was brutally murdered.

Post-mortem Report of Medical Board says that cause of death is asphyxia as a result of Smothering. Report says, the ligature mark found on her neck was post-mortem (after death), not ante-mortem (before death).

It means She was already dead when she was hanged which resulted in ligature mark on her neck. It was an attempt by murderers to show that She had committed suicide by hanging herslef. But, truth can't be suffocated or strangulated.

Asphyxia due to smothering suggests someone or some peoples suffocated Nirupma by blocking the airways, nose and mouth at the same time. After death she has been hanged just to show that she had committed suicide by hanging herself. Ligature mark found on her neck was post-mortem (after death). It is a clear cut case of murder.

Peoples from IIMC and journalism fraternity are going to submit a memorandum to Mrs. Girija Vyas, Chairperson, National Commission for Women on Monday morning at 10.30 AM.

We have to assemble at NCW office at 10 AM which is at ITO and opposite to Gandhi Peace Foundation. We will submit the memorandum which seeks stringent action against murderers and justice to Nirupma.
