Schedule for IIMCAA Elections 2023

Dear IIMCians,

Mr. Subhash Kumar Prajapati, Academic Coordinator at IIMC, will handle routine affairs of IIMCAA Elections 2023 as an Election Officer. He shall handle the publication of voters list, notification, nominations, scrutiny, withdrawal, voting, counting etc on behalf of the undersigned as per following schedule.

Publication of voters list- 6 September
Objections on voters list- 6-7 September
Final Voter List- 8 September
Notifications of Election- 9 September
Nominations- 9 September to 11 September
Withdrawal- 12 September
Scrutiny of nomination papers- 13 September
Voting (if necessitated)- 23 September
Results- 24 September
Annual General Meeting & Team Handover- 1 October
