1. Participantion in Swachh Bharat Week Celebrations at IIMC HQ
2. Preparations for Annual General Meeting of October 16th, 2016
3. Preparations for charge hand over to new team led by Mr. Suresh Kumar Vashishth
4. Any other issue raised by alumni present in the meeting
