Multiple openings in Marketing and communication at Bajaj Finance Ltd. All positions are based out of Pune.

1.     Deputy Manager - Corporate Communication

Exp: 3-4 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities: Ideating, conceptualizing and implementing engagement plans for all branches PAN India (including rural) to strengthen internal brand positioning

• Engage with the customer services teams to ideate, conceptualize and implement customer experience engagement and branding requirements

• Manage and implement a coordinated Public Affairs program in conjunction with business requirements that complements and supports the strategic objectives

• Research and write detailed PR materials pertaining to successful projects to aid in sales and

marketing efforts

• Write clear and concise materials, including but not limited to client case studies, news/press releases, media pitches, background materials, intranet/internet articles, presentations, and FAQs.

• Ensure translation of brief into desired PR and marketing communication output

• Engage with PR agency and communication team for faster execution of elements

• Ensure all communication development is as per defined guidelines

• Budgeting and Reporting

• Maintain marketing accounts and report periodically

• Manage entire process of estimation, billing and payments for all initiatives

• Manage all financial reporting formats for marketing spends

• Activity calendar management

• Track and update various activity tracks across all initiatives

• Ensure timely revert to all parties at all stages

• Anticipate, identify and highlight potential project roadblocks

• Agencies and stakeholder coordination

• Primary interface with the agency at all stages of marketing communication development and PR pitch development

• Control hygiene processes at the agencies

 

2.     Senior Manager - Content Marketing

Exp: 7-8 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities: Create and implement overall content strategy with specific focus on brand initiatives

• Lead the entire agency relationship and ecosystem to support creation of content

• Form alliances with content aggregators and curators

• Ensure key content created within the company is leveraged across all digital channels

• Ensure the core of the brand is presented in all content avatars and maintain consistency in the tone of voice

• Ensure high engagement rates and meet identified KPIs on an ongoing basis

• Lead the development of new forms of content

• Identify digital channels for community creation

• Develop key communities for the brand across these social channels

• Drive other members in the function and across the company to drive community engagement

• Lead the identification, creation and implementation of content based initiatives to drive audience engagement across communities

• Lead development of all form of business driving content like SEM (text & display), GDN, Yahoo Native and also explore new avenues for content that drives business

• Engage with the business representative to understand the requirements

• Extensive travel to the emerging markets to understand the local flavors and plan activities accordingly

• Engage with communication team for faster execution of elements

• Understand, assimilate and drive communication development for various tracks

Duties and Responsibilities:  • Create & manage all communication for the brand – Both internal and external, in sync with the brand tone of voice

• Design and execute a multi-faceted and well-defined communication framework to build the company image as a leading player for the breadth of financial services

• Create and develop relevant communication in relation to strategic requirements and product offerings to support image development and demand generation efforts

• Design, plan and execute communication programs in support of business goals – drive the company's position amongst new customers in new areas of business and help grow the share of wallet amongst our existing customers

• Work with Business teams to develop and implement customized communication plans to strengthen company's position in respective geographies and develop better Customer relationship

• Enhance customer perception of company's capabilities and offerings; differentiate the company from competitors, and create a preference for our services in the marketplace through relevant communication initiatives

• Manage suppliers of communication services (internal and external) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of overall marketing effort

• Actively cultivate and manage relationships with teams across businesses to support image development and management

• Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics and budget

 

7.     Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing

Exp: 3-4 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities:  • Build, deliver and drive a twin component SEO framework (Search + Non-search) for the company in line with its business and brand ambition for desktop and mobile

• Plan, implement and monitor ethical optimization activities aimed to pull the company's rank in generic searches for financial products and services across all digital search engines

• Focus on the company's Digital Grid financial products with a mandate to make SEO the dominant channel for business

• Be the governance gate for optimization activities in line with published aggregator policies

• Monitor policy updates of various search engines and input back into the company's SEO approach

• Prepare and publish daily reports of company's SEO linked performance metrics across financial products and services

• Monitor and analyse daily key word volume search movements, identify fresh opportunities and publish plans to monetize the same

• Drive the daily-relationship with the Digital Agency for SEO related requirements

• Manage the monthly/ activity based estimation, billing and payment for all third party activities

 

8.    Manager – Digital Capability Development

Exp: 4-5 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities:  • Executing interactive visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Collaborating on user experience with internal stakeholders & external agencies

• Researching interaction design & technology trends

• Ensure the core of the brand is presented in all capabilities developed

• Creating wireframes and visual design comps

• Plan website & applications design by clarifying goals with internal stakeholders

• Plan & develop site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.

• Develop site graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists

• Upgrade site by updating content and graphics, monitoring performance and results, identifying and evaluating improvement options & introducing new technology

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications & participating in professional organizations

 

9.    Manager - Digital Marketing - Search and Earned Media

Exp: 4-5 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities:  • Develop, own and manage the desktop and mobile marketing strategy for owned assets to drive organic and earned revenue

• Use date driven analysis to optimize website traffic activity, SERP rankings and lead acquisition metrics

• Improve organic revenue through expanded keyword inventory, multivariate keyword and landing page performance

• Manage and improve current and new organic search results for a portfolio of keywords

• Provide SEO support for all on-going activities such as new pages set up, site changes for Bajaj Finserv digital assets

• Define and manage SEO white-hat techniques, using basic and advanced SEO strategies (Content creation, On Page SEO, Meta Tags, Link Acquisition Skills, Page content optimization, etc.)

• Develop with team, link strategies to expand portfolio of incoming links

• Develop and implement a social media strategy for link acquisition, rankings and traffic increase (Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, relevant forums, questions and answers sites etc.)

• Suggesting on-site changes to make the desktop and mobile sites more SEO compliant

• Keyword research, analysis and deriving actionable insights

• Monitor incoming links on an on-going basis and work on towards removal of undesired links

• Develop and enhance internal link structure and maintain to enhance usability and SEO

• Market and competition analysis

• Keeping updated about search engine trends, analyzing and reporting

Exp: 4-5 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop, own and manage the mobile marketing strategy for Bajaj Finserv to drive organic, paid and earned revenue

• Increasing the share of traffic from mobile to the brand properties by using digital channels – Owned, SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Online PR

• Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of mobile program initiatives

• Research and analysis of the entire mobile ecosystem with emphasis on mobile marketing, metrics and trends while actively updating the team and reporting on insights

• Collaborate with business teams to develop mobile marketing plans and strategies to implement brand and business goals

• Keywords, content and trend analysis to optimize SEM and SEO for mobile

• Champion fundamental customer experience elements for Bajaj Finserv mobile products and services to ensure that the user experience, brand voice and high-quality content are maintained

• Design, develop and implement mobile products

• Creating and fostering relationships with key mobile partners

• Develop new methodologies and frameworks for building structured Bajaj Finserv Intellect capital

• Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating campaigns with site tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)

 

11.   Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing Analyst

Exp: 2-3  yrs

Duties and Responsibilities:  • Driving data driven analytics with actionable insights using Analytics tools

• To improve the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and better visitor engagement

• Analyzing user behavior on owned assets to deliver web optimization solutions

• Researching and analysis of market and competition

• Web Analytics Implementation, Tagging and reporting

• Information Dashboard Design & Automation

• Ability to deliver analytics solution for business growth

• Research and Deliver analytics for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO, Keywords, A/B and Multi Variate Testing, Social media, Website/landing page optimization and Campaigns
