Designing An Advt fior "SWACHCH BHARAT” | LD- 21st September


TECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR DESIGNING AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR "SWACHCH BHARAT"  

1. The advertisement should be either in English or Hindi.

2. The Advertisement should be of the size of 825 Sq. Cms (25X33) and in color.

3. Each individual can submit only one design.
  
4. The advertisement should be designed in a digital platform preferably Corel Draw 15,
Adobe Photoshop (CS‐5) or Illustrator. 
 
5. For the purpose of the initial screening and short listing the entries would be  received in a pdf format onto DAVP website www.davp.nic.in  

6. Those 10 individuals whose entries are finally shortlisted shall have to provide the  designs in a High Resolution format (of over 300 dpi) and in an editable open file. 
 
7. The advt. should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act.

8. Due permissions should have been obtained from those concerned along with their  no objection certificates, in case of use of any picture or a model or a celebrity in the  design or layout.

9. In case of use of quotation its source should be properly verified and authenticated.

10. The entire advt. should be able to stand the scrutiny of court of Law, in case of any  dispute.
  
11. The advertisement should be self certified by each entrant that it is original and there is no plagiarized element in it.

12. The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the shortlisted advertisements would solely remain with DAVP.

Department of Posts is holding a "Republic Day 2015 – Stamp Design Competition". The theme of the competition is Clean India.

The Terms and Conditions to participate in the competition are as follows:-
i. Entries are invited for 'Republic Day 2015 – Stamp Design Competition'. The participants are to make an original design on this subject (should not be copy of picture painted by someone else).

ii. Any citizen of India can participate in this contest. The design could be in ink, water colour, oil colour or any other medium (computer printed/printout will not be allowed). The design submitted should be such that can be depicted on the stamps in a visually appealing manner so as to be of interest to philatelic collectors.

Maharashtra Chapter Supports Sunila Dhar Panel | IIMCAA Elections 2014

Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met on August 23, 2014/ Saturday at EL Cafe, Near Dadar Station East Side at 12.00 PM.  

The following decisions were taken  
1. Planning Annual Alumni Meet & Dinner in Mumbai.
2. Membership drive & Voters List for IIMCAA Elections 2014.
3. Support Sunila Dhar Panel in IIMCAA Elections 2014.
4. Open house for innovation in the field of communication & progress of association.
