Dear IIMCians,

Maharashtra Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met at the office of alumni and Dy. CP of Mumbai Police Mr. Virendra Mishra on October 22nd. Chapter President Mr. Suryakant Mishra presided over the meeting that was attended by Mr. Amit Karn, Ms. Hasleen Kaur, Ms. Dolly Bansiwar, Ms. Kamini Patil, Ms. Sonam Saini, Mr. Saransh Jain and Mr. Arpan Roy.

Minutes of the Meeting:-

- Meeting deliberated on means to raise the membership and make meetings interesting for everyone.

- Chapter is planning to host film Screening in November. Ms Hasleen Kaur will handle the project.

- Chapter is planning to do a joint Social event with one NGO on the occasion of Christmas.

Gujarat Chapter of IIMC Alumni Association met on 21 October at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar. President Mr. Pradeep Mallik presided over the meeting that was attended by General Secretary Mr. Arvind Kumar, Treasurer Mr. Pranjal Protim Boruah and Mr. Kumar Anand.

Minutes of the meeting:-

- Gujarat Chapter to send representative to AGM every year.

- Discussed ways to expand  chapter activities and its exposure in Gujarat.

- Discussed about voting rights

- Discussed about Chapter bank account to keep a transparent mechanism in place for fair handling of funds

- Annual membership fees collected.

- Online registration of members on our parent website IIMCAA

- Next meet will be in December. Venue to be decided later.

General Secretary Mr. Pankaj Jha, Treasurer Mr. Laxmi Shankar Mishra, Mr. Bhai Shelly, Mr. Abhishek Sinha, Mr. Avinash Rai, Md. Imtiyaz Ahmad, Mr. Ramendra Singh, Mr. Sushil Chandra Tiwari, Mr. Ashwani Kumar Nigam, Ms. Shikha Singh, Ms. Surekha Shukla, Mr. Tarun Nishant and Mr. Utkarsh Chaturvedi attended the meeting.

Minutes of the Meeting:-

1. Chapter Committee will meet once in three months.

2. Chapter Committee will arrange family get together during festivals.

3. Chapter will organise a seminar soon.

4. Chapter Committee will try to contact alumni not in touch so far and include them in chapter activities. 

5. It will encourage alumni in other cities of state to meet under the banner of IIMC Alumni Association as well.

Notification: IIMC Alumni Association Elections, 2016

Dear IIMCians,

Nominations for Biennial Election for the Central Committee of IIMC Alumni Association is being declared open until September 18, 2016. Any panel willing to contest IIMCAA Elections shall submit nomination papers duly signed by Presidential candidate and a separate letter of proposers backing them.

A group of registered voters may contest IIMCAA Elections, 2016 with a panel of alumni ranging from 11 to 55 backed by other 10 members as proposers. Minimum members in a panel should be 11 and maximum must not be above 55.
